On Saturday, May 19, 2012, a group of people in Darlington, Indiana will be rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty, as together they work to care for their community. Adult and children volunteers will spend their morning helping neighbors with yard work, gardening, and light repairs, or visiting with those in town who now find it difficult to get out. Following this morning of service, volunteers are invited to gather for a mid-day block party, where an appreciation lunch will be served outside the DarlingtonUnited Methodist Church.
